"We created a Facebook page, but we're still feeling our way around..." This is the sentence at the beginning of the article we'll be looking at today, and I think there are many companies in Japan in exactly the same situation.
The following site provides detailed information on how to operate a Facebook page.
Three things I noticed after looking at the Facebook pages of nine major American retailers
The pickup is as follows:
- Realization 1: The contents of the wall are roughly divided into two parts
a. A place for fans to interact
b. Information provided by companies
- Realization 2: 45% have set operational policies
Four out of nine companies have already established operational policies.
- Realization 3: The highest reaction rate was 0.07%
It would be a great success if 0.07% fans clicked the "Like" button on a company's post.
