This will be my first update in about two years, but I'm going to suddenly write about something that has nothing to do with IT!

The comparison table in the title is linked at the bottom, so if you just want to see the comparison table, click hereAnd fly away.

It all started when I was fed up with constantly hitting the highest weight of my life and decided to go on a diet for the first time in five years in order to break this negative cycle.

Preparation period for dieting

So, as a preparation period, I began by browsing websites to gather information and get myself in the right mindset.

While I was researching the carbohydrate restriction I implemented five years ago, I discovered that something called the ketogenic diet had been established.

I had heard of ketone bodies (I majored in biology in college), but the more I understood the mechanism, the more I realized that my previous attempt at limiting carbohydrate intake was completely useless, and I started to gather the correct methodology. At one point I thought about going to Rizap, but I decided that I could do it on my own as long as I could maintain my motivation, so I decided to start preparing.

As a result, I managed to lose 5kg in one month, I'm still highly motivated, and my mental state is actually much healthier than when I was addicted to carbohydrates and my blood sugar levels were going through roller coasters, so I'm confident that I can do it on my own.

How to stay motivated

After all, the biggest reason people can't continue a diet is a lack of motivation, isn't it? There are so many reasons and temptations to quit. The key to dieting is how to cut these off, so I try the following two things.

Muscle YouTuber

We are living in an era where the muscle-based YouTuber genre is booming, and I was impressed by the number of channels that provide detailed explanations on how to lose weight.

Follow the hashtag on Instagram

Also, by following hashtags on Instagram, you can see a lot of people with great bodies on your timeline, which helps keep you motivated.

These two channels are definitely trends that have developed over the past few years, and I believe they allow you to maintain the correct logic and mentality that is important for continuity.

The Importance of Multivitamins

This introduction has become quite long, but the people with great bodies that I continue to watch to maintain the knowledge and motivation they gained during their preparations always talk about the importance of nutrition. In particular, there is no one who denies the use of multivitamins, and they are as essential as protein in nutritional intake, aren't they?

Next, there are EAA, BCAA, creatine, glutamine, vitamin D, pre-workout supplements with mixed ingredients, and for dieting, carnitine and CLA, but first, we have compiled a comparison table of multivitamin ingredients.

I decided to publish what I had compiled.

I have not made any particular observations, but have instead compiled objective data. Please feel free to compare the data on the horizontal axis.

I've included links to the standard supplement brands iHerb and MyProtein. These links include an introducer code, so if you found them useful, please click on the link in the table.
